After we receive your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time being approximately 4-10 business days; however, it can also be affected by the item's stock status.
When Will My Order Ship?
Pricesolution4u ships from one of its many positioned warehouses.
To ensure a smooth transit to your doorstep, our shippers will handle your product with care in a timely manner. Our products usually....that’s (keyword) usually – ship within 4-10 BUSINESS days (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays)! However, if we have some crazy promotion or a new launch, orders may take a bit longer to process, so be patient. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.
For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take 7 to 15 business days and sometimes longer during the busy holiday seasons. In most cases, domestic orders in the United States are delivered within 7-10 business days and in most cases much sooner. For International orders, the estimated delivery time may vary depending on where you live. Please allow up to 7-25 days, and in most cases much sooner. In all cases, we aim to get your item(s) out to you as quick as possible.
Canada and Europe
Delivery estimate time for Canada and Europe is between 7-15 business days. In most cases 5-10 business days depending on your location. In all cases, we aim to get your item(s) out to you as quick as possible.
Please keep in mind that once your order has been dispatched, pricesolution4u.com is not responsible for any losses or damages. It’s the customer’s responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and contact the respective postal service, to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your purchase.
We will assist you in recovering an item to the best of our abilities, however, will not provide a replacement or refund until the item is returned successfully or confirmation that the item is being returned can be provided. SEE RETURN POLICY BELOW.
Shipping (Customs & Import Tax):
Customs duties/fees levied by your destination country. These additional charges for taxes or customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Due to the custom policy varies from country to country, we highly recommend to search Custom Policy or contact the local customs office of the destination country.
Why Do I Receive More Than One Tracking Numbers?
In most cases, the items you ordered is from different warehouses and was shipped separately. Do NOT Panic! Your items are on its way to you.
How Do I Track The Delivery Of My Orders?
This is an exciting time for you! You are so close to receiving your goodies! Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to follow your package’s journey to you.
If you have an account with us, you can also access the tracking number for your order there, once it becomes available. You can locate this information under your Account Details, where your full order history is accessible.
Failed Delivery Attempt:
Please Note! Pricesolution4u is not responsible for orders that failed delivery attempt. It’s your responsibility to be present at home to receive your parcel. We are aware that sometimes you are not always at home, so please check regularly on your parcel tracking number to see the estimated delivery dates.
What’s A Delivery Attempt?
A delivery attempt is when the courier/delivery service tries to deliver your package at the given address, but no one was home to receive it.
What Happens After A Failed Delivery Attempt?
Often times the courier service(delivery service) provider depending on your address, will attempt a second delivery. If the second attempted was unsuccessful they may leave your parcel at the nearest post office or depot.
In this case, you will have to contact your local post office or depot and try to schedule a second delivery date or pick it up. Your parcel will remain at the nearest depot or post office for four or five working days, this depends on your area.
Please be aware that after the given working days, the parcel will be returned to the sender. Once the courier company returns the package, it is considered to be delivered and the customer will not be compensated.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be new, unused and in its original packaging in a saleable condition.
For Shoes And Other Delicate Items:
To try on your shoes, place the shoes on a soft material or carpet to avoid any scratch or marks. We cannot replace or issue a refund if any of the above is found.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Health and personal care items
Personalized items are NOT eligible for return.
Offer items such as two for one require both items returned.
Jewelry may not be returned for hygiene reasons.
Duvet/Duvet covers, bedding or bedding sets may not be returned for hygiene reasons.
Books may not be return.
We do not offer exchanged items.
Gift Wrapping and hamper baskets is not eligible for return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, (for example) photos of your purchase/delivered items, your name and order number.
We Do Not Honor Refunds
All returns are processed for a store credit of the purchase price of the item(items) in the form of a store credit or discount code, exclusive of original shipping charges. All shipping fees are excluded from merchandise credit should the customer choose to return an item.

3 Days Return To Us:
Which means (you should contact us no later than 3 days regarding your return when you receive your delivery).
Please include your name and order number in the initial email.
Item(items) MUST NOT have any soil mark or smell of fragrance.
Shoes MUST NOT have any signs of wear, scratch or mark and remain in the same packaging.
We MUST receive your return item(items) within 10 days of receipt. (Receipt means, when the item was delivered).
Store Credit\Discount Code:
Store Credit\Discount Code Is Not Available Under Certain Circumstances:
- Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
- Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents, such as bad weather, war, public holidays, customs issues and natural disasters.
- Un-Insured Orders That Are Lost Or Stolen.
- Delays in delivery caused by any other beyond Pricesolution4u’s control.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(items). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection. If you are approved, then your store credit\discount code will be processed, and an email will be sent to the original email address that was used.

Only regular priced items may be return, unfortunately, all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We do not offer exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
