Made with a durable stainless-steel probe, the tool has an easy-to-read display that delivers readings from -50 to 392 F (-45 to 200 C) with a one-second delay. The plastic storage case doubles as a perpendicular holder so you can keep your fingers away from the heat source. It also includes an apron clip and a basic temperature guide for cooking meat.
