Made of commercial-quality stainless steel, this Pyrex Accessories Professional series candy and deep-fry thermometer measures temperatures up to 400 degrees F. The dial has large, easy-to-read numbers in 50-degree increments from 150 to 400 degrees. A good-size clip on the side enables you to attach it to your pan. The white storage case has a temperature guide printed on the side in both Fahrenheit and Celsius, and doubles as a thermometer holder to protect your hands from the heat. Not intended for oven use.
